If you idiots vote in Antonio Villaraigosa you deserve what the outcome will be.

I can't stand Gavin Newsom, but if its him and Villar, I'm voting for Newsom. Thats all I've got to say about that.

A 2016 McKinsey Global Institute report found that California must build 3.5 million new housing units by 2025 if it is to relieve the demand and reduce cost. Their study showed we need to identify construction opportunities by looking at vacant urban land and areas around urban transit hubs, bringing jobs closer to housing so we can make our housing problem better without making traffic gridlock worse.

You won't build the required 3.5 millions units on vacant lots or near hubs. The problem is people are not in sync with the magnitude of the problem.

3.5 millions is a new metropolis, with major new infrastructures needed: freeways, subways, water, electricity, etc...
Nothing in what is proposed scratches the surface of the problem.

"I believe a comprehensive plan for affordable housing must start with bringing back reformed Community Redevelopment Agencies"
Anyone talking of "affordable housing" is not trying to address the problem.

Send all the illegals packing that will clear out over a million people from CA.

They have never solved this problem, and probably never will.
One problem I see is everyone's looking for affordable housing in unaffordable cities. There is no such thing. Affordable homes only exist in affordable cities/areas.
Imagine asking a real estate agent to find you a $200,000 5 bedroom home in Beverly Hills with a beautiful view. After laughing hard, they will refer you to a mobile home in Barstow with a view of the garbage dump. That is the reality.
