My next Drivers License photo I want a group photo of me with all of my new homeys. That I commiserated with, on how long it took, and how useless the dumb fucks that work there are.

Cosmetically, that is one shitty website. I'm not in CA so not really willing to waste the time to mess around with functionality without having residence there. It's not 100% true, but a shitty looking website is usually shitty to the user.

IL does okay, but still an obvious gov. website. http://www.cyberdriveillinois.com/ I won't lie, Cyber Drive Illinois is a pretty solid domain for the gov though. IL got one thing right, a decent domain name for you to piss away more of your money paying registration fees, etc..

The worst part is updating your address. If you move, heaven help you! It usually takes at least two to three times of changing your address before it works. In the meantime your tags are going to people at your old place who usually throw them out or hawk them on EBay. Dealing with it right now...

I just go in with my license, FOID card, passport, every single utility bill for the new address, closing statement, mortgage statement and a handgun. Tell them to change the address correctly or they're dead. Oh, and register me to vote at my new address as well, or you're dead.

Has worked every time so far.
