Why weren't the other kids armed? Don't red state parents care about their children enough to buy them a gun and ballistic backpack?

Nicolas de Jesus Cruz, a 19 year old Cuban, has been identified as the Parkland, Florida, school shooter. Even before the seventeen dead bodies of his victims have cooled, anti-White hoplophobes are trying to use the leftist created tragedy as a political football. Literally, even though Cruz is a registered active Democratic voter in Broward County, liberals are cynically attempting to disarm Whites using these murders as their gun control propaganda.

Yep, I heard this is the 18th school shooting this year, up from last year. Guns have been around for centuries, why the rise in shootings NOW?

Do we need to guess why the amount of school shootings have increased?

Wow, at 19 years old, he must have a really great job to be able to afford all that hardware or a really good allowance, considering you have to be a minimum of 18 to purchase a firearm in Florida.

#Parkland shooting suspect Cruz followed all types of gun groups as well as resistance groups on social media including the Syrian resistance & Iraqi fighters. Cruz apparently was told last year he was not allowed to come back on campus because of threats against students.

See, as we all know, it's the GUN's fault (again) for this shooting!!!!!

The shooter was a neglected 19 year old male, who had to turn to the fringes of society to find any modicum of support or guidance. It doesn't matter if he found that support in a gang, ISIS, a militia, or a neo-Nazi group. The result would be the same: broken male senselessly kills others. To suggest political affiliation is more or less likely to contribute to this specific shooting is bullshit. Again, it was a very confused neglected kid ... and that is the making of any murderer/terrorist/your favorite label here.

The solution is to fix the person before they break and if they cannot be fixed do not allow them to own a firearm. Legally, the mentally retarded are NOT afforded all the rights of the constitution and the mentally ill, sick, incapable in the herd need to be treated as such.

The myth the anti-regulation group loves is "more guns is safer". It's the myth of hollywood. “The only way to stop a bad guy with a gun is with a good guy with a gun” : is total bullshit.

Reality is, by the time the person has a gun in their hand and the will to use it, people are dead. You break the chain before it gets there, or you break it after all the innocent people are dead.

That's our choice America.

Trump in his inarticulate knuckle drag way blames the community. Very compassionate. But I agree to a degree. Our nation is failing, as a community, in dealing with this in any sensible rational way. Masculinity is not defined by how much pussy you get or if you can put lead on target at X range.

We better start doing better. More kids are going to die.

Don't look to Trump or the NRA to help. It aint coming.

How many people shot friends, family, or some innocent person by mistake? Not seeing that number in the article. Want to highlight it for us? There are over 1000 kids a year that have unintentional gunshot wounds or are killed unintentionally. How many do you suppose were bad guys?

See a pattern here yet?

Flashes of Rage. Family Loss. Nikolas Cruz’s Lifetime of Trouble.

PARKLAND, Fla. — Before he was hauled into a jailhouse hearing room on Thursday, head bowed and shackled at the wrists and ankles, Nikolas Cruz had been causing trouble as long as anyone here could remember.

Neighbors said patrol cars were regularly in his mother’s driveway. More recently, Mr. Cruz, 19, had been expelled from his high school. He posted pictures of weapons and dead animals on social media.

Mr. Cruz had no criminal history before the shootings, according to state law enforcement records. But his childhood was certainly troubled.

Paul Gold, 45, said he lived next door to the Cruzes in 2009 and 2010 and stayed in touch with Lynda Cruz over the years.

“He had emotional problems and I believe he was diagnosed with autism,” Mr. Gold said of Nikolas Cruz. “He had trouble controlling his temper. He broke things. He would do that sometimes at our house when he lost his temper.

He added: “He would sometimes be hitting his head and covering his ears. One time, I sent him home because he was misbehaving at our house and he took a golf club and smashed one of my trailers.”

He said that Mr. Cruz at one point had gone to a school for students with special needs. “Kids were really picking on him and would gang up on him and beat him up a little,” Mr. Gold said. “They ostracized him. He didn’t have many friends.”

Other neighbors said Mr. Cruz was a regular source of agitation. Helen Pasciolla said Lynda Cruz had called sheriff’s deputies to the house numerous times in an effort to keep Mr. Cruz in line.

Prosecutors have not said whether they will seek the death penalty, but Mr. Finkelstein argued that Mr. Cruz should not be a candidate for execution, given his mental health history.

“Every red flag was there and nobody did anything,” Mr. Finkelstein said.

See, banning AR-15's would have stop the defective Mr. Cruz and fixed all his issues.

What exactly does that have to do with the situation in the OP or the FACTS showing how many times a Good guy with a gun stops a BAD guy with a gun? Liberals claim that NEVER happens.

Oh, that's right, your comment has nothing to do with it..... Typical...

FBI admits it didn’t investigate tip on alleged school shooter last month.

The FBI was warned last month that Nikolas Cruz was an armed psycho who might shoot up a school — but it didn’t bother investigating, the agency admitted Friday.

“A person close to” Cruz called the agency’s tipline on Jan. 5 and reported the 19-year-old had a “desire to kill people, erratic behavior, and disturbing social media posts” and there was “potential of him conducting a school shooting,” the FBI said in a statement.

But the agency said it failed to pass on any of that information to its Miami field office, even thought its own protocols say he “should have been assessed as a potential threat to life.”

If we just had a few more sensible LAWS that the FBI won't follow up on. Apparently the FBI was too busy chasing Russian boogiemen, texting with mistresses and buying fake dossiers, to follow up on death threats.

A guy kills animals, has recorded mental health issues, self harms, expelled from school for violence, banned from campus, threatens to kill students, has police called on him 36 times in 6 years, & is tipped off to the FBI twice that he wants to kill people & shoot up a school but isn't followed up.
