The Russian collusion story is the Weird-Al of the music world: always "over" and then "suddenly back with new hits".
3   anonymous   2018 Feb 16, 8:02am

And now it's coming out that Gates flipped too, along with Papadapolous and Flynn. Bannon met with Mueller at least twice this week.

This isn't going away any time soon...

Time and the Economist are certainly not Neutral... the Economist is a neoliberal rag that hates anything that interferes with international banking and US one-way free trade.

Neutral never looks neutral to people who are themselves far right or far left or who live among far right or far left enclaves.

Yep, this investigation is definitely not fading away...

How many of those Russians worked for Trump?

I imagine we'll find out soon enough. Not sure what the oops means.

Not sure when he announced, but doesn't really matter. Should be very interesting where this leads.

oops means another fake attempt by the Dems.

Here is the indictment, go read it.

You'll notice it has nothing to do with anyone on the Trump campaign.

Oops...

It's possible, but sure doesn't look that way from here. Not sure if it will reach all the way to Dad, but Kushner and Trump JR sure seem to be in trouble.

With the indictment of 13 Low-Level Russian Trolls, many of whom started in 2014 and took both sides of the fence to try to maximize US Election chaos, we now know that Mueller was unable to find Trump-Russia Collusion.

Uh-huh. Just like Papadapolous was the coffee boy that never met Trump, right?
14   anonymous   2018 Feb 16, 1:44pm

This is proof that the Russia investigation was important. Because Trump has been trying to kill the investigation, it justifies the special council appointment, IMO. In no way is this a vindication of Trump or proof that there was no collusion. I expect if nothing else, there will be a finding of obstruction. Whether or not there is an indictment is another matter due to a legal technicality.

There will probably not be an indictment of Trump for having 100+ people working in the top levels of the white house with no security clearance. It's an oddity considering Trump's supposed concern with securing classified information.

No, we know that he's systematically investigating and working his way up the food chain. This is but another stop on his road.

Only if Dad, Trump Jr. and Kushner weren't Americans:

Rosenstein says no allegation any American participated in unlawful activity with Russia.

Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein said Friday's indictment by the Justice Department of Russian individuals and other entities included no allegation that any American knowingly colluded with Russia in trying to influence the 2016 presidential election. Rosenstein, during a news conference, said that the indictment lays out no evidence that efforts to impact the presidential vote were successful.

Exactly, and guess who was also a beneficiary and in the food chain of this Russian Collusion? If you guessed BERNIE, you'd be right!!

I wonder if Trump and Bernie will share the same jail cell?
18   lostand confused   2018 Feb 16, 1:59pm

WTF-they are accusing someone of registering under a different username? So anyone under patnet can be accused of being anything? This is what the independent council spent 10s of millions of dollars for-no wonder we are broke.

Where an indictment needs to be made is at these Liberal media companies:

If there was any collusion and co-conspirators, it was Google, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter who allowed these Russians to make all the fake profiles, advertisements and posts.

Zuckerburg should be put in jail for allowing interference in the election.

A year into it and this is all he's got. Sad.

When is the DNC gonna turn over those servers so Mueller can have a look at who grabbed their emails, make sure it wasn't the Russians. hahahahahhaah
24   Shaman   2018 Feb 16, 3:31pm

Now they are trying to prosecute anonymous commenters for helping Trump get elected (which was the only crime they care about). I may be in trouble!
25   Shaman   2018 Feb 16, 4:33pm

From the article:
“Deputy Attorney General Rod J. Rosenstein labeled the indictment “a reminder that people are not always who they appear on the Internet. The indictment alleges that the Russian conspirators want to promote social discord in the United States and undermine public confidence in democracy. We must not allow them to succeed.”

So what we have here is a Russian campaign to undermine the public’s faith in our voting system and our democracy in general.
Sounds like the Russians and the Democrats were in collusion to me, since the Democrats were the ones organizing #resist rallies, not my president rallies and mobs, beating conservatives with sticks and knives as Antifa, refusing to recognize Trump as the legitimate winner of the election, and hating on anyone suspected of voting for him or just expressing the “wrong” opinions.

Mueller probe has concluded that the Russians colluded with the Democrats to destroy our nation!
Lock them up!

Well, this and 4 other indictments.

Historically, this probe is extremely productive and fast moving.
