Apparently, there's a Legal difference between being an "Open Public Forum" and not being one.

If you're not one, you lose protections under the Communications Decency Act, meaning they can be subject to fines, easier to sue and win, and possible criminal charges if some child porn or just some libel gets up on your site.

I didn't know that Praeger "University" was de-monetized by Youtube and is suing. It was mostly about Classics and Conservative Philosophers.

Did Youtube also demonetize all the channels where SJWs "Teach" Oppression and PoMoTheory? Of course not.
