This is actually a great point.

This printed home is in downtown austin, tx. Even if it cost 10k to build, it would list for 500k.

Can they print some land, too? But seriously, what sissy said., We don't have room for 1-story houses. There are better methods for building high-rises than pouring semi-dry concrete from a nozzle.
