Not saying healthcare should be "free enterprise", but it's not even close to being "free". It's heavily regulated and strong limitations prevent from making it free. Look for another scapegoat.
Lets not pretend that life expdct6ency is a function of medical care, but rather a function of lifestyle decisions.
Even lifestyle decisions can not account for some of the natural differences between ethnic groups.
New Hampshire for example has a life expectancy almost identical to European countries w similar ethnicities.
Our healthcare is the most expensive in the world, but it has yet to be established how "good" our healthcare system is here (at least from these simple figures).
