What these "educators" need to learn is that there is no such thing as a "microaggresson", being offended is a conscious choice.

Mispronouncing one's last name is also a microaggression and "a tiny act of bigotry"

I have an East European last name which, I doubt, 5% of US population can pronounce correctly even after multiple tries. I guess I should be permanently offended...as opposed to NOT CARING which is situation now
