Actually there’s not. If they are it’s like overnight at worse. If this was true, like half of illegals would be in the process of deportation proceedings. The legal system treats stuff like unlicensed driver and infraction warrants mostly as a civil matter, even if harsher sentencing possibilities are on paper.
