Jennifer and Sarah Hart, both 39, were killed when their SUV plunged 100 feet off a cliff on the Pacific Coast Highway in Northern California

Bodies of three of their children were also found after being thrown from the car

The couple's three other children are still missing and searchers have been scouring the coast line looking for them

Police believe all six of the couple's adopted children were in the car at the time

Police haven't yet determined why the SUV plunged from the overlook

Experts say the black box should determine how fast they were going and if they braked prior to going off the cliff

Authorities searched the couple's home on Thursday in search of clues as to why the family left and any reason for their trip

The family had been visited by child protective services on Friday after complaints from neighbors about the treatment of the children

Another lesbian tragedy.

We need laws prohibiting lesbians from driving SUVs off cliffs to prevent such occurrences in the future.

Perhaps more rigorous background checks for lesbians attempting to purchase children along with restrictions on assault style SUVs that can be driven off cliffs might be in order too?

Also, nobody needs a high-capacity, high-power SUV. Without the easy access to such a killing machine this tragedy wouldn't be possible.

Should have limited SUV capacity to two seats, and restricted engine HP to about 10 so that it could not drive faster than 25 mph.

It could have been worse. They could have buried the kids up to thier necks and used them as fertilizer for their kale and organic garden.
