If only the FBI put half the effort into the Clintons.

That’s going to a lot of effort to try to nail Trump with a campaign finance misdeed. Mueller does love him some windmill tilting.
5   MisdemeanorRebel   2018 Apr 9, 2:45pm

Hmmm... I'm beginning to consider a theory I thought was crank.

Berman was just appointed SDNY Head. Lifelong Republican, known to Trump and Sessions.

Raiding the President's long time attorney given the Attny-Client privilege is a BFD.

That Mueller would even bother asking, or Berman would agree, or worse Berman would do it without confirmation from his boss, Sessions, is damned odd.

I wonder if this is another Deception, where all kinds of Exculpatory Evidence comes out. Evidence that if Cohen released, wouldn't have been believed ("Lyin' Trump") but if it comes out as the result of an investigation, the "Lyin' Trump" line won't work.

Furthermore, there's going to be some kind of special panel that will go through the communications.

Trump was the protege of Roy Cohn, one of the toughest prosecutors and slickest lawyers in US History.

Just a thought.

Mueller is digging his own shitbox.

The Establishment needs Trump to fire Mueller. They don't even have a 2018 campaign plan put together.
They are waiting on Trump to fire Mueller so they can ratchet up the "We go impeach da Devil, er I mean Trump!"

Trump just laughs at them as they rack up federal charges against themselves and cast a wider net on the Swamp.

Well, Trump sure as shit ain't gonna be charged with much now.

Breaking the Attny-Client privilege (esp. if it was at the prompting of the Special Counsel) pretty much makes any prosecution of Trump on just about any charge almost impossible.

This is ridiculous. Sessions needs to go. He is an imbecile who sat on commitees for 30 years and did nothing. If Trump doesn't fire sessions, I am done-let him dig his own grave. There are much bigger implictaions here-the unelected buereacrats waging war against the elected politicians-these are dangerous times-SEssions need to go.
if that old goat has a shred of decency and loyalty he will quit.

Enough with this crap. If Trump has to face this-imagine what us ordinary denizans have to go through when the deep state turns its eye/gaze on us . Trump needs to break the back of this cartel.

Considering Mueller was searching for "Russian Collusion".

Is Stormy Daniels Russian?

WASHINGTON (AP) — Federal agents on Monday raided the office of President Donald Trump’s personal attorney Michael Cohen, seizing records on topics including a $130,000 payment made to porn actress Stormy Daniels.

A furious Trump, who in the last month has escalated his attacks on Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation, said from the White House that it was a “disgrace” that the FBI “broke into” his lawyer’s office. He called Mueller’s investigation “an attack on our country,” prompting new speculation that he might seek the removal of the Justice Department’s special counsel.

Cohen has more recently attracted attention for his acknowledgment that he paid Daniels $130,000 out of his own pocket just days before the 2016 presidential election. Cohen has said neither the Trump Organization nor the Trump campaign was a party to the transaction with Daniels and he was not reimbursed for the payment.

They want him to fire him. Trump will fire him after November. If something, all hell, doesn't break loose by then.
The whole plan is not what they hoped to Yield from the Russia collusion investigation that's all long gone. The plan now is to keep overstepping the authority of the investigation so Trump will remove someone from Office and trip the Hounds of Hell alarm. The more Trump plays cool and humors these idiots the more he wins over the constituents. That most likely will vote for Pro Trump candidates so they can see what Trump does with a little cooperation. These Swamp critters keep digging a deeper hole and it couldn't be at a worse time. Turmoil over the world, the Social Networks are being exposed as manipulative creeps that are clear and present danger to every user that uses their services.

After November Trump will have his Thanksgiving feast on a lot of Liberal tears.

ACLU is as quiet as a doormouse.

If the FBI/SDNY did this to Lynch or Hillary, they would be freaking out.

Another organization that has failed to rise to the occasion, can only be arsed about DACA.

Trump has to take responsibility. At this point Sessions is a waste. There is no point in keeping him. Fire him and get a pitbull in there. A Jay SEkulow or a Greg Jarrett. Enough already.

It is time-put up or shut up. Lock her up is now lock him up.

And all this for a stray pussy grab.
You'd think a sexual act would be right up the libbies alley, unless, of course, as in this case, it is a heterosexual act...

You mean like...

Uh Oh, here we go, git ready for some must see TV! They got Trump by the balls now. They going to impeach him because he screwed a hoe in 2016 allegedly.
Hey what happens if Mueller starts reading through all of the stuff he collected. And find out this was all just a ruse to get the FBI and the Special council to step over their boundaries and look like total Fuck Knobs. That would be terrible. They always get so close but just can't seem to make up something that will stick. I say more calls of upheaval, and thuggery disguised as Civil Disobedience that was working before. Maxine waters and Pelosi needs to say more stupid shit, that's always good for a run. Thank God Hogg is forgoing College to ruin his future by expending his 11 minutes before he even got started by being used as prop for November.
Which wont mean squat if they don't get Trump to fire Mueller so Liberal candidates can have a cause for the midterm.

There is that better Marcus? That's what I would be saying if I were you.

The special counsel’s office is investigating a $150,000 donation a Ukrainian businessman made to President Donald Trump’s charity in 2015, according to a new report.

The donation, from steel magnate Victor Pinchuk, pales in comparison to contributions he gave to the charity Bill and Hillary Clinton set up. The billionaire has contributed $13 million to the Clinton Foundation since 2006 and had access to Hillary Clinton while she served as secretary of state.

But Special Counsel Robert Mueller is not investigating The Clintons. Instead, he is conducting a broad investigation of Donald Trump, including the flow of foreign money into various Trump-controlled entities.

Which reminds me, has the DNC turned over the server for evaluation of the hackers?

This is a national security issue, if Russian Hackers are breaking into major party servers. It would be irresponsible not to hand it over to the FBI. In fact, I bet there's something that allows the FBI to take it and comb through it, regardless of the DNC's cooperation.
22   lostand confused   2018 Apr 10, 10:36am

Tim Aurora says
(Notably, this would likely have included approval by Trump’s own guy, the new interim U.S. attorney for the Southern District, Geoffrey S. Berman, who was just appointed by Attorney General Jeff Sessions this past January.)

Well,w ell,w ell It looks like Berman recused himself and Rosenteirn approve dit. All roads lead to Rosentein. yeah the deputy atty general of the US over taxi medallions.
Folks we are in a constitutional crisis-this countyr is in danger.

Did someone obtain a warrant for it yet?

Why get a warrant?

Shouldn't the DNC, out of patriotism, want to help catch the hackers? The FBI has a great cyber forensics team, so the DNC ought to be thrusting the servers into the FBI's hands and begging them to investigate.

After all, not only is it Patriotism, but they can prove the evil Russians hacked them and they're a victim.

Unless, of course, they know it was an inside job.
24   lostand confused   2018 Apr 10, 10:50am

Looks like Rosentein personally approve dit-this is getting interesting.

This is starting to make sense-republicans in congress were subpeonaing the documents and threatened to impeach Rosenstein-boom Rosentein declared war on this country.
