Why in the world would Israel want to kill babies? It only does more harm and no good to Israel, because it would turn the whole world against them.
Hamas does want their babies to get killed, and will put them in harms way, just so they can blame Israel and turn the whole world against Israel. That's the benefit for Hamas.
