There's been some bizarre behavior by Captains, particularly in the 7th Fleet. I wonder if they're understaffed, also.

It then continued through Obama's admin, now we've got Navy ship colliding every other day with civilian vessels. But at least nobodies gay feelings aren't getting hurt in the Navy with toxic male behavior. Like "Watch out you fucking knob you're going to run into that Fishing boat! Get the hell off of my Deck!" That's a War crime now.
