I heard last week on NPR Harley's global sales outside the US only accounts for less than 35% of all sales.
So they would sacrifice the 65% of their sales and get hit with a huge tariff coming back in to this country. Plus their loyal following fan base are 90% Harley lovers only for the sole reason they are American Made.

Earth to bass. HD is moving production of motorcycles that they sell in Europe overseas to avoid the 35% european tariff, not the ones to be sold in the US. Ya think people running a 6 billion dollar company would be smart enough to figure all that out? Duh.
