So China built all of the World Class City ghost towns about 8 years ago during the height of the global economic meltdown.
Now that the economy has rebounded, China is mandating that all of the street people, bums, and street vendors in major populated Cities throughout China.
Move to these Cities they are starting to push to fill those ghost towns now, it will be interesting to observe how they get people, workers and jobs in those Cities.
And they overcome the growing pains as they hash out the order of a healthy economy.
Getting rid of bums would be a start..,
