For the last 3 to 4 decades American politics were quite simple. It was a simple process of keeping people divided over issues they never would have given one single second of thought to if not brought to ahead by the Democrat and Republicans giving trivial issues a dead Cat bounce every election cycle.

It's a no brainer and they didn't have to invent new issues, all they had to do was give old issues new scope. Regardless how much was won or lost the last time they took a whack at it in the last election season. They fluff and rehash old issues they had success with. So it goes beyond, "Is Abortion Legal" to "Abortion must be promoted, officially and punish those that try to talk young pregnant women out of getting Abortions."
It went from "1964 Civil Rights" to "White people are still racist because!" from "Gay's not being criminalized" to "The School can send your 8 year old boy home from school in a dress and a doctors appointment for a sex change, and you can be Federally prosecuted for a hate crime if you object. "

That was easy for Liberals. Then Trump came along and threw the game pieces all over the place until their game they were playing didn't matter anymore.

So Now Liberals are running Seditious Covert dirty politics, wrought with agitation, fear mongering and war posturing with Trump's Summit partners.
Yesterday when it came out that Matt Rivitz the Founder of Sleeping Giants funded by Soros and has been the chief organizer of every seditious rabble and harassment of Conservatives in public places. Putting many people in serious danger. He directs far left social media mobs at advertisers to fake outrage and make an issue sound bigger than it really is.

I first explained it to my friend Tim, he didn't understand. Then I had him read the only site reporting it Breitbart, he read it three times and still didn't understand what he was reading.
But he does recognize the Liberals don't have a platform but all they do is fluff and huff. Pretty much the result of all of the covert shenanigans that Tim doesn't get the technicalities and the behind the scene meaning. He does see the negative results of it.

I realized, Politics has gotten to Sophisticated. The Left's sophisticated platform makes no sense to their would be base. They know they are doing something but they don't know what nor care. They most likely wont vote in the next elections until the Dems get their act together.

So all of this Political theater is their own constituency isn't getting any benefit out of it. Then what good does it do them?
It would appear the best they can hope for is they disillusion the Republican voters from not showing up at the polls as well.

Sophisticated politcs is a losing propesision especially for the Elitists Liberals to try to explain to their base. Their core doesn't recognize any benefit of their effort. Unless they also champion 'Yeah Fuck that guy!"
They wont get far with it in the Midterms or the next election in 2020.

Keep up the Complicated work Liberals. Remember if you can't explain what you do in 30 seconds or less it's too complicated.
