Why are they silent about Iran, for that matter?

Why are second amendment advocates silent about gun laws in the UK?

Probably because it's completely outside of their sphere of influence and would take time away from aspects of their cause that they ACTUALLY can influence.

Same with this false equivalence made by the OP. The question isn't raised to improve womens' rights, it's probably mostly an elaborate defense mechanism to maintain an I-don't-give-a-shit-about-womens'-rights attitude in the questioner's mind.

This may be the only time I've ever seen Snopes defend a trump.

Here is one where Snopes could not avoid the facts, but crediting Trump for the $102 billion lower national debt was "beyond the scope."

“Canada knows what it needs to do," Al-Jubeir told a news conference in Riyadh, saying there was no need for mediation in the dispute. “We don’t accept interference in our affairs."

Translation: Canada needs to shut up and bend over. Turdeau (was a typo, but I'll keep it) looks very weak to me. I bet he bends over and takes it, pronto.

This is ultimately all good news, as it clearly exposes Saudi Arabia's bottom-rung human rights record and the way they use financial threats to censor all criticism of Islam in the West.
