That's why I said "almost".

Yes, Saudi Arabia (and Qatar) are the ideological and financial backers of almost all Islamic terrorism worldwide. And America supports them no matter what they do, which is sad.

But Iran is a theocracy too and has committed plenty of crimes against its own people, such as the execution of gays, and forbids conversion from Islam on penalty of death as well.
