It's not difficult to refute claims of media blackout in this era of google news search.

Saw on the new this morning the “compound” was essentially demolished. FBI and local authorities aren’t responding to media. Reporter actually seemed a little dumbfounded about it. This is a strange case to say the least. Even the judge was surprised by the prosecutions presentation of evidence.

It’s being reported, but something seems odd for sure.

I agree. I read also that FBI had refused to act on earlier reports, despite the federal angles (terrorism, weapons, maybe kidnapping) and locals had to act on their own. Media seem to emphasize the indirect connection to Jesus (someone claimed the murdered child would be resurrected as Jesus) while ignoring the direct connections to Islam (a group of black Muslims related to a prominent Nation of Islam leader).

The FBI is overly politicized with relics of the past administrations. A total housecleaning of all politically appointed leadership must be conducted before it may be trusted once again.

Sounds like your opinion is informed by erroneous understanding of how news cycles work and an element of narcissism- "The news I deem most important isn't on the front page right now- must be a CONSPIRACY!"

Whatever message you're trying to convey, it keeps going farther and farther off into the weeds. Maybe start with the reporting basics, the Ws.

Top story now is that irresponsible former Intel Chiefs got their clearances pulled, despite their irresponsibility of criticizing the current President, and undermining foreign policy. A President has made no major foreign policy mistakes (unlike the rise of ISIS, the Failed Russian Reset, the bad Iran Deal, and Libya).

You'll also notice that on the front page is "Russian Meddling and Espionage", a story that hasn't had any major new developments in months and months.

So yeah, I'll be critical of the Corporate Media - something Leftists were critical of not long ago.

Note that the "Free Press" is not immune from criticism, anymore than "Free Speech" means you can't criticize somebody's opinion.. Nor am I (or the POTUS) harming "Freedom of the Press" by mocking the Media's tone, story choice, and bias.

Yes, the Russia story sure looks like bullshit, made up by sore losers and carried by a ridiculously partisan press. The press has abandoned its responsibility to the public by refusing to investigate the collusion against Trump.

Not saying Trump is a nice guy or deserves sympathy, only that the press has discredited itself daily since the election.

Sure enough, news is working the way it always does, and it comes time for claims of a coordinated news blackout of this specific story to be laid to rest, or attributed to unjustified paranoia or other morbidity.

NEW INFORMATION CAME OUT TODAY. They identified the boy's body, and the story is being widely carried by mainstream sites, seemingly independently of their prevailing political positions and slants.

Turns out that one of the "Sisters" (or Wives) is an illegal Haitian immigrant.

The Feds just re-arrested all 5 members of the cult pending the bizarre behavior of local judges.
