LOLZ, when someone appointed to a position of power is finally unbiased, the left screams foul.

Read the comments. According to the braindamaged, this man is a Russian agent, obviously.

TDS is real

Yes, my twin sister running for office as 'the future of the Democrat Party' also pushes TDS every chance she gets.

Thanks CBOE Trader. The Judge is actually pissed the case is so weak and based on circumstantial evidence. Problem is for Mueller, this is a criminal not civil trial, "Preponderance of Evidence" or "Appears to be living beyond means" != Beyond a Reasonable Doubt.

Democracy dies in the Deep State, and it's paper of Record, the WaPo.

I predict a hung trial. And if so, then the Dems will declare victory. Not that it will matter to the rest of the world. But participation prizes matter to these loons, so...

It appears to me that Manafort is probably guilty of tax evasion and perhaps a number of other slime-ball crimes. So is Podesta who Mueller also referred to prosecution.

Neither of these relate to Trump in any way. HRC otoh has been tied to the Podestas for 20 years.

So then why not prosecute her? What is Trump waiting for?

Maybe not...

Jurors in Manafort trial send judge four questions, including asking him to redefine reasonable doubt.

The jurors' questions suggest they are quickly diving into the weeds of the sometimes complex tax laws at issue in the case.

Third, they asked if the judge could "redefine reasonable doubt." Jurors sometimes struggle with what constitutes a reasonable doubt of someone's guilt, versus an unreasonable doubt.
