True. But when was the last time a President intentionally undid everything the previous President did in a such a vindictive, petty and downright childish way as Trump has done to Obama's legacy ? When was the last time a President was elected for no other real reason than pissing off all of the liberals.

We've also never seen a President in the modern era that seemingly wanted to destroy all norms of political discourse and behavior, or who took us as rapidly towards idiocracy as Donald Trump has. We need Obama out there, reminding people of how a dignified and intelligent President looks sounds and behaves.

Destroying all norms is simply change. Change, that even Obama called for. I agree Obama was dignified and intelligent, and a very nice guy. However, the Obama types may make friends and good neighbors, but they do not make strong Presidents who can stand up against bad guys like dictators and fanatics who endanger the world. Trump is the personality that can take on these dangerous people. When the whole world is safe and democratic from these barbarians, we can have Presidents like Obama, but not today.
