This episode really reminds me of Dan Barber. Cooking, eating, in it's simplest, healthiest form is taking what the earth gives us locally, naturally, seasonally. This is the future of mankind if we want to stop being sick, and start living truly, vibrantly, living.

I remember the blisters from preparing 4x4 and 4x6 plots. And the weeding... Endless. Loved it though.

I always wished I would have gotten into computers as a kid, but after doing some home gardening, now I wish I would have gotten into farming as a kid. If I could start over again, that's what I'd be, without hesitation.
