What they are doing is nothing short of brown shirting. There is no legal precedence for them to do it, and local government officials to sit on their asses and allow it.

They are junior brownshirts in training. Alex Jones is fringe even on the right and no conservative is mad at you if you don't like or listen to Alex Jones. On the other hand this is no left fringe group, pretty much everyone on the left endorses or at least tacitly approves this kind of action, I know plenty of leftoids (hey it's the bay area). 80% at the minimum think everyone on the right or endorsing Republican policies is a Nazi and the Trump administration and its followers deserve violent resistance, even if they personally don't partake in it.
