Last Friday, Alessandro Strumia, a research associate at CERN, gave a talk at the conference that was later described as a “Damore-esque manifesto against women in STEM” by Jessica Wade, a physicist at Imperial College London widely known for her efforts to increase diversity in scientific fields. The reference is to James Damore, a senior software engineer who was fired from Google last year after he circulated a memo that argued men were biologically better suited to software development. In a copy of Strumia’s presentation seen by Motherboard, Strumia frames his presentation as an effort to get to the bottom of the “mainstream” and “conservative” positions about gender equality in physics and science more generally. Strumia framed his presentation as an attempt to “use data to see what is right.”A number of slides show what Strumia described as data about the percentage of women in different fields, sexism in citations, sexism at conferences, and gender asymmetry in hirings. These data items conflict with a number of other studies that point to rampant discrimination in STEM, however. For example, a study published earlier this year by Pew Research found that nearly half of women in STEM say sexual harassment is a problem and that they have experienced some form of discrimination.
The poor dude thought he could just lay out facts and be ok.
Now would I ever say this out in the open under my own name? Fuck no. I'll be fired on the spot.
I found his slides from his talk

Google hasn't deleted them yet?
put them in a room and tell them no shopping or cunnilingus until they figure out string theory. We would have the answers in a week.
She can choose whatever she wants to, but she must also do Physics. It's a golden ticket to permanent employment and a decent six figure salary.
Anyone that has knows that there is no intelligence gap.
That's why it's always the male apes and male monkeys that drag a can around making a lot of noise. There is no such biological reward for a female monkey, or female ape, or female human: her reproductive potential is capped by her own time/space inside her womb. In fact, not pursuing high-stress careers actually increases her chances of reproductive success!

See, here's the problem: being a top CEO or cutting edge physicist (winning recognition akin to Nobel but at younger age), etc. etc. "champion" behavior makes a guy happy: because he gets to win extra pussies and extra reproductive opportunities from time immemorial. I knew there was a reason I was attracted to smart women and wound up marrying one. My daughters are above average but my son is probably genius territory.
Conflicts with lefts current propaganda that must not be questioned by us peasants.
BTW, the Jewish law which regards only the children of female Jews as "inherently" Jewish may well reflect some insight that intelligence is largely passed to children on the X chromosome.
