Absolutely a failure of Sheriffs Department management. Guys that immature should not be law enforcement officers.
Its beyond fucking stupid. Theyre not out there fighting a war like in the 80's and 90's.
The moronic citizens(and probably illegals) voted to reduce many of the crimes to infractions and many serious felonies to misdemeanors. I have no doubt it will become a war again, and probably sooner than most think.
But for here and now, its not. The Sheriffs department needs to revamp their hiring process and require their sgts and lt's to get off their asses and actually supervise the turds working for them.
