I agree! Actually I think you should legally be able to murder unwanted people in your residence who you didn’t let in.

This is a great idea, especially if it includes in-laws.

Capital Punishment takes way to long, and uses up valuable resources. It's cheaper to let a person rot on a life sentence.
That said, the cheapest route is if they aren't alive to enter the system.
Do I still have to make sure they have actually entered my home, or can I snipe them at range when they trespass?
I mean, If I were to use liberal standards, I actually felt "threatened" when the perps were casing my house from the street sitting in their car. So doesn't that mean I'm justified when they enter my property?

You can in Georgia. I believe Texas as well.

Anyone who is stupid enough to break into an occupied home with the intent to harm, rob, or kill deserves lead medicine.

Democrats disagree, and would like you to offer up your girlfriend or wife along with a free dinner, but we've all pretty much established 99% of Democrats are cuck assholes.

A Clockwork Orange. Pathetic really. The thought of watching someone rape my wife or daughter is vomit inducing. There’s only one way it ends and that’s with the asshole dead at my hands.

But hey, I’m on of those merica supporting uneducated rednecks right? How in the hell would I know what a clockwork orange is about.

One hazard with harsher legal punishments is that the invaders then have a bigger motive to kill everyone in the house to be sure there are no witnesses.

The best protection is a close-knit neighborhood where everyone knows each other, and immediately notices such crimes in progress and gets involved. And of course never announce on Facebook that you're going to be on vacation.

Next best: clear indications that the house contains security cameras and armed inhabitants. Rational criminals do not want their picture taken, or any substantial risk of getting shot. Dogs are also useful for deterring intruders, as they have always been. But if you really need cameras and guns, you should think about moving away.

I support capital punishment for non-moving vehicular violations (eg parking on my side of street).

I live in one of the safest parts of LA County, and nearly every home and building has a security system. Still there’s a slew of low level crime( mostly package theft and stealing stuff from cars).

It’s almost always committed by blacks which is odd because there’s a massive Latino population to the southeast, including notorious gangs. But for whatever reason they don’t come into this area at all. The blacks otoh, have no such qualms. I really don’t know why this is, but I do know that one was already killed trying to rob a jewelry store(a big fuck yeah to the owner who shot the asshole dead!), one was killed a few years ago by a homeowner who was armed in a botched home invasion robbery, and sooner or later someone’s gonna grab a package ona a porch and look up facing a .12 gauge and wind up with meatloaf for a face.

In Florida there is a sort of "castle" rule in the law.

Anyone who invades your house without permission is subject to deadly force. The assumption is made that there is imminent danger to you. You don't have to see any other indications of imminent danger; the presence of the person is enough.

This "castle" concept also extends to your 1. car 2. boat 3. tent

The rule when you are just out and about is that you must be in imminent danger of severe injury or death. This also extends to another person; you can defend another person who is in imminent danger of severe injury or death.

What's interesting in Florida is that although gun laws are rather liberal, it appears that those who use guns most often here are the same people as in LA, NYC, Chicago where laws are much stricter.

See those stories of guys scaring everyone on the BART train with a chainsaw? Not likely to happen in Florida.

Or that story of the guy jerking off in the NYC subway freaking out the female? Not as likely to happen in Florida.

Off the subject, in San Francisco I will definitely carry pepper spray with me. The piece will probably stay in the car.
