I'm not a believer, and Mann's data is suspect, but the lawsuit was basically dismissed. The Canadian court found the "defamation" Mann supposedly suffered was too poorly worded to be considered serious. So the article above is pretty hoax-like.

Fuck them it's all bullshit anyway. A bunch of Liberal fantasies they are trying to put over on the unsuspecting public to make them agree to anything they want to pull.
