So I heard on NPR this morning that the Miami Hipster Micro apartments which were supposed to sell for $300K for about 250 sqft. Didn't get many takers, so now they want to make them low income housing. Probably with a guaranteed section 8 high rent checks. I've been wary of the Micro House movement since the Hipsters started their shit. Those that built and tout them, build them behind their McMansion backyard, to sell and move to other location. But there was never any takers for them who wants to live in a Toolshed?

This is typical Liberal fashion they create shit everywhere they go, and everything they touch. And I garaunfuckintee ya, that after they get them crammed with the Poor and our Tax dollars are paying $1500 a month through Section 8. Placing rent pressures on the rental stock for the middle class. We can expect to pay over $3,000 a month for 800 to 1200 sqft apartment.

But the real kicker will be, eventually after they are standard fact of living. The Liberals further on down the road, will decry them as proof of Housing inequality, and it will be 100% the Republican's fault.

Stop the Tiny House/Micro Appartment movement, the only end game for them. Will be for Liberals to put the shit on Republicans and blame them for them.

Such a delight to go from suburbia to the general diversity quagmire malaise of the East Bay. I haven't noticed them in Pacific Heights, Brisbane, Los Altos, Palo Alto, or any of the other enclaves.

All tiny homes, refugees, and homeless shelters must be built where the average home price is $500k+

That way the Coastie voters can enjoy the diversity, and the "Equity" of reduced property values.
