Hey guys I have an idea. Let's have a competition. Let's smear chocolate on those tits and let them bounce on each one of our faces for two whole minutes.
The dude who manages to slurp the most chocolate off the tits wins the competition.
The prize......The rest of her.

Only Republicans can fix it. Because they would simply find ways to build a lot more.

I've seen what Democrats propose, it always involves shittyfication of well off neighborhoods, constantly dividing the pie instead of making it bigger. They aren't capable as a party of anything else, it's their whole fucking useless party of socialist shit.

Prices are dropping in Silicon Valley. How can there be a shortage when prices are falling?

Demand for houses at today’s prices is low. So prices must fall.

How far must they fall before people want to buy? And when they want to buy will there be adequate stock to home the volume of people who need houses?

Seems to me it’s the baby boomers trying to sell to gen x at high prices and it just isn’t happening. So, prices will come down and baby boomers will sell then buy a small house in nevada or Arizona or Florida or at state other than California.

Will prices come down further?

Prices in Silicon Valley are falling. How can prices be falling when demand is supposedly high?

Prices are too high so demand is low. How low must prices go before buyers show up again?

The graph only says the $2 million condemned shacks are all gone. A few $1.5 million rotting shacks are still available.
