Judge Napolitano confirmed on ‘Fox & Friends’ that Trump is implicated in a felony.
And that felony is not declaring a NDA payment as a campaign contribution. You know, that NDA made to the Porn Star and the Playmate paying them to stay silent rather than brag about doing the nasty with Trump. The only "implication" is Cohen telling a judge that the NDA was to help with the campaign, as a effort for Cohen to see some leniency on his $1.6 million in tax evasion jail time.

Consensual Sex extortion has been made a serious crime with several remedies. Don't forget Gawker went from a Company worth hundreds of millions of dollars, to Hulk Holgan owning every last penny they were worth because of it.
This is the VERY reason Stormy was not excited about taking Trump head on in the public. She knows at the end of the day she's committed several Federal crimes in even asking for money over the allegations. A Judge has said she owes Trump all of the money she extorted as well as paying his legal fees. She's not doing to talk show circuit calling herself the victim. Why is that? As it says in the video, under-reporting campaign receipts and paying hush money (and covering it up) are not the same thing. I love how you will pretend those statements from judge Napolitano, which debunked your whole post, don't even exist.

Whether you believe it or not I don't think Pelosi and the Dems in leadership want to impeach Trump, and if all there is the campaign finance violation I seriously doubt that they will do so. It could happen but I doubt it. But given the myriad of investigations happening it will likely be more and quite possibly much much more. Grifters do grift, they cant stop, it will be reveled, and it wont matter for 30 + % of the country.

The glaring problem with trying to indict Trump on hiding campaign finance diversions is that the primary evidence for this is the word of this lawyer. Trump has not Tweeted out one single word on the Hearings last week that went with total disregard to Justice. The Perjury to the Insolence and Contempt of the process, he is letting it all slide. I'm sure he will let the House Liberals next year know just how defunct they made the Committee, the office and the Process when it really mattered.
