Seems like Strzok was behind and responsible for the charges against Flynn. He conducted the interview wherein the General was supposed to have lied. He also filed the report accusing the general of lying.
And this is the same Strzok who was fired from the FBI for malfeasance and corruption.

This is a complete lie. They hid the nature of the purpose of their discussion and even told General Flynn that he would not need an attorney present. They stopped by and joked with Flynn as he took them on a tour of his office. He had NO IDEA the nature of the interview. He had no idea it was a setup to destroy him.

So that's where Andrew McCabe of the Defamed FBI Bastards fame, comes in. In May Strozok sends out a Message saying McCabe is good to go on the Phony 302.


The original 302 Flynn report written by Peter Strzok and Joe Pientka was finalized on February 15th which is two days after Mike Flynn resigned as National Security Advisor — and three whole weeks after Flynn was interviewed.

The cover letter on Mueller’s Monday night filing states the government filed two redacted versions of the January 302 report on Flynn.

“The content of both versions of the report is identical, except that the first version, which was digitally signed and certified in February 2017, inadvertently contained a header labeled, “DRAFT DOCUMENT/DELIBERATE MATERIAL.” Once that error was recognized, the header was removed and a corrected version, omitting only the header, was re-signed and re-certified in May of 2017″ the cover letter said.


But there is more to the story.
The series of events that took place during the time Flynn resigned — and what an FBI whistleblower witnessed during a video teleconference — and what text messages between Lisa Page and Peter Strzok said puts more pieces of the puzzle together.

On February 14th, 2017, just one day after Mike Flynn resigned as NatSec Advisor, and just one day before the original 302 report was finalized, a text exchange between Peter Strzok and his paramour Lisa Page reveals then-FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe was involved in the wording of the January 302 Flynn report.


“Also, is Andy good with the F 302?” says a text exchange between Page and Strzok on February 14th, 2017. A little later that same day, a text message sent read, “Launch on f 302.” (screenshot below) — the next day on February 15th, 2017 the Flynn 302 was finalized — this is THREE WEEKS after the ambush interview with Flynn.


It gets worse…
On February 13th, 2017, the same day General Flynn resigned as National Security Advisor, top brass of the FBI had a video teleconference with special agents.

A whistleblower who witnessed the video teleconference between the FBI agents told Rep. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) that he witnessed a senior FBI executive suggest the FBI had a personal motive and targeted Flynn with the purpose of ruining his career.

Two days later, the 302 report on Flynn was approved by Andrew McCabe and finalized.

Where are the original handwritten notes that special agent Joe Pientka took on January 24th, 2017?

The digital 302 report took three weeks to draft and according to sources, Andrew McCabe altered the 302 notes then destroyed the evidence.

Judge Emmet Sullivan is scheduled to sentence Flynn Tuesday at 11:00 AM ET. Hopefully the judge knows about all of the surrounding circumstances that happened the same time Flynn was targeted and forced to resign.

Mueller team likely lying to court (see cover letter). Then compare with Lisa Page and Peter Strzok text messages dated in Feb "launch 302"; which more likely reflects truth:

So now we know why Trump was such a Tom Desantis man.

Flynn was railroaded for working for Trump. The FBI is a bunch of scheming lying rats which is proven.

The DC swamp creatures don't like someone coming in and threatening them.

Comey, Clinton, McCabe, Strzok, and the rest of them should be busting rocks someplace.

OK so this is getting Good and Flynn has fucking balls of steel.

Judge Sullivan tried to get Flynn to withdraw his plea from the case. Which Flynn's plea as it turns out, is not an admission of guilt, it only meant he just willing to work with the SC per the language of the plea Flynn submitted.

Now there is some serious legal wrangling going on here, and some real Cloak and Dagger shit.

As Judge Sullivan demanded the 302 documentation from Mueller's team. Mueller only then brought forth the indictments against the so called illegal Turkish agents.
As a warning shot over the bow to let Flynn know, don't start any shit and you wont get indicted at a later date when you are exonerated from the collusion deal. We got this indictment sitting here waiting for you. Much like we did to Manafort when he wasn't as productive as we hoped he would be at bringing down Trump.

Now with all that in mind, this morning when Flynn walks into Sullivan's courtroom. Sullivan hoped he gets to dodge the bullet and not have to step on Mueller's Dick by putting the only reasonable rulling at this sentencing and putting a huge Kybosh on Mueller's investigation. Had Sullivan ruled... "Well wait a minute, none of this was legal from the get go, and I'm not having none of it in my court. Case dismissed, the whole thing stinks" and tossed it out today. That would have been resolute to the fate of Mueler's investigation.

But Sullivan didn't want to sentence Flynn on the bogus trumped up charges, in such a transparent setting. The whole world is watching, and at least 50% of them the sane folks watching anyway. Sees what is going on. Perhaps Sullivan sees the writting on the wall with Trump's future moves after January 3rd and certainly didn't want to be brought up on investigation for ethics violations and for being such an establishment hack. And forget his chances of ever being an impartial SCOTUS pick 10, 15 years down the road.

Flynn had Sullivan squirming in his own Courtroom. He asked Flynn if he would like to postpone or withdraw his plea deal in light of the new charges.
Flynn said he did not, Flynn wants and needs the Courts to see what a load of shit the whole thing was. Flynn wants the Court to throw the charges out and declare it miscarriage of Justice and recommend to the AG to investigate all involved on the DOJ side.

This agitated the Judge who then gave him the second hand Mueller warning play nice or there's always the Turkey Collusion rabbit hole we opened up for you Yesterday.
The told him that arguably(covering his ass again) he committed treason by working spies from Turkey, if you take this plea deal and I have to fall on the sword of Justice today with a Damned if I do and Damned if I don't ruling.

The Judge then asked Flynn several more times, are you sure you wouldn't like to postpone or withdraw your plea?
Flynn wanting nothing more than his good name cleared by the Courts and not by Legal wrangling Historical hacks can use to say he used his power as a Washington insider to beat the wrap.

The Judge then called for a 15 minute recess, and when he came back he postponed the hearing to March, and said he wants to look more into the 302 Report and the way it came to be.

Which should coincide in due time with Trump's moves I'm expecting starting in January. I'm expecting one of two outcomes in March.
Either Flynn goes in to the Court and is fully exonerated and there will be many new developments between then and now that we can only speculate on.
Or
Flynn goes into the court after another Three months of Trump of not asserting his power to make sure the rule of law is applied equally, because he's worried about hurting the feelings of the very people trying to destroy America, Him and his Family. And the Judge tosses out Mueller's plea deal and demand Flynn be indicated along with the Turkish Prisoners.
