The answer to affordable housing will not be solved by building a few thousand units in our most expensive dense populated Urban areas.

Move inland young man, and build 10 new Metro areas out of Middle America small backwater towns.

As people flee those expensive cities and housing stock starts to increase. Then America will see a return to affordable housing.

We would even be welcoming more immigrants. It's such a no brainer why isn't that even a plan?
