Corporal Ronil Singh called in a traffic stop just before 1 a.m. on December 26, 2018, according to the Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Department. Within just a couple of minutes, he called in a report of shots fired. The suspected gunman, now identified as Gustavo Perez Arriaga, sped away in a Dodge Ram vehicle. ...

Deputies shared in a news conference on December 27 that the suspect was an illegal immigrant. Sheriff Christianson saod, “He doesn’t belong here. He’s a criminal. We will find him and we will bring him to justice.” ...

Corporal Ronil Singh lived in Modesto, California. An online search of records shows that he had multiple family members living in the area. He was married. He and his wife, Anamika, recently welcomed a baby son. They snapped the family photo by the Christmas tree, seen above, just about five hours before Singh was killed.

Interesting. I saw this featured on ABC News last night, but not one mention that the killer was an illegal immigrant. Lots about the cop being an immigrant from Fiji though and implying possible hate crime.

Lol, a "hate crime" by one brown guy against another? Liberal heads asplode at such proof that their whole world view is incoherent.

The important point is that the murderer was ILLEGAL and protected by liberals who are trying hard to destroy our borders.

Please report illegals to ICE:

Especially report their employers, who are the real problem.

Let me guess: he overstayed his visa term?

Arriaga crossed the border into Arizona illegally several years ago and has worked as a farm laborer in the Stanislaus County area.

He has two prior DUI convictions and ties to the Sureño Street Gang.

Catch and release? How come not deported after DUI's?

Mostly because employers love illegals. Their obedience, their willingness to work for illegally low wages, pressuring US citizens to take pay cuts.

Employers get what employers want. The US Chamber of Commerce is by far the biggest lobbyist in DC.

He wasn't an illegal alien, he was a guest murderer.

HEYYOU says
Law enforcement shoot & kill children, unarmed blacks, some running away, in the back, American citizens?
How MAGA is that?
Any hypocritical counter arguments?

Counter argument isn't needed when your argument is completely false. What you said is leftist propaganda (you should stop reading it), it's not true.

Eventually we will learn that the sheriffs office never notified Homeland Security that an illegal immigrant they believed to be a Surenos gang member, and convicted of two DUIs was living in Stanislaus County, which is their responsibility under state law.

What part of he was arrested in 2014 in Madera county which at the time had no sectuary laws on their books.

Sorry son, this was an ICE failure.

Obama's ICE. Now sing me a song about how that guy was tough on illegal immigration while I'm ROTFLMAO.

Recently released data on the number of arrests by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) shows that they are arresting many fewer illegal immigrants under Trump’s administration than under President Obama’s, at least through June of 2018.

And this has nothing to do with California becoming a Sanctuary state over the past year?

You forgot to include all these other sanctuary cities too, where illegals are hiding and being protected!

Ouch..... he's probably thinking why did he mention that.

Dude was a gang member, they have their own way of dealing with things, they don't know any better, and carry weapons with intent to use them. Four others are charged with trying to help the gangster out/flee, etc. whatever.

Ok
https://www.cato.org/blog/president-trump-isnt-breaking-immigration-arrest-records

Recently released data on the number of arrests by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) shows that they are arresting many fewer illegal immigrants under Trump’s administration than under President Obama’s, at least through June of 2018. During the first full 17 months of the Obama administration, from February 2009 through June 2010, ICE arrested 437,671 illegal immigrants. For the same first full 17 months of the Trump administration, ICE arrested 226,138 illegal immigrants, about half the number arrested during the same period in Obama’s administration.

437k > 226k. Obama ftw.

You are being disingenuous by leaving left out the "Why."

"There are two broad categories of arrests by the ICE. The first is called custodial arrests, which is when ICE picks up an illegal immigrant arrested by another law enforcement agency such as state or local police departments. The second is called ICE arrests, which is when ICE itself arrests illegal immigrants on the streets. Figure 2 shows that the number of custodial arrests have fallen dramatically since October 2008 while the number of ICE arrests has stayed relatively constant. This means that local and state non-cooperation with ICE works to reduce the number of ICE arrests as between 70 percent and 90 percent of those arrests are custodial over the entire time."

and

"Some states, like Texas, are fully cooperating with ICE when it comes to immigration enforcement while others like California are resisting mightily. In Texas, there were 3,963 ICE arrests in May 2018 compared to 2,584 in December 2016, a 53 percent increase. In California, there were 1,587 ICE arrests in May 2018 compared to 1,356 in December 2016, a 17 percent increase. ICE is more active everywhere in the country, in sanctuary states and non-sanctuary states, but the difference is stark across such jurisdictions."
