Brown people commit fewer crimes than black people. Oh and Asians commit many fewer crimes than brown people! The demographics have shifted dramatically towards Latino and Asian people and away from black and white people.

no way in hell crime is down. there are constant burglaries in our neighborhood, and bums everywhere. LA has turned into bum central, many of those are total addicts shooting up in broad daylight.

Children can't go outside, because of all the bums, it's insane that we are in the "liberal paradise" as left considers CA, and going outside is fucking dangerous.
