Trump seems to be having a good old time. He does look comfortable being in an executive position. I guess that's expected since that's been his life for decades.

Obama seemed to always be upset, obviously bummed that the USA isn't full of people with his views, and way over his head with decision making and difficulty dealing with people. Obama didn't seem completely neurotic, but just enough angst to make him addicted to something to calm him down, like cigarettes.

Bush seemed less relaxed also but not as deer in the headlights as Obama. Bush seemed to need people to see he wasn't an aggressive male and was pretty beta, especially when he was attacked by the press, Harry Reid, etc.

Good for Trump; give those college guys what they really want; junk food to the max.

Cigarettes don't calm you down. They take the edge off of nicotine withdrawal, which looks like the same thing. Nicotine when effective is a mild stimulant, not a tranquilizer.
Nicotine addicts are chronically nerve shot due to withdrawal, until they get their smokes, which calms them down for thirty minutes or so, until the withdrawal pangs start to ramp up again.
It's a common misperception in addiction to mistake the cause for the cure.
I do believe one of the ways Obama's masters control him is through his addictions.
