1) they might stop calling you a commie

2) Hyper male super heros will make you feel better about being a beta

3) there will be rainbows and unicorns but less time off work

Trump signed NAFTA 2.0 which is really not much different than NAFTA

I'd argue Clinton goal was to bang bimbos in oval office, which is admirable. Also, during Clinton time income inequality rose mightily. Perhaps his goal #2 was m ore money for rich people.

Probably she needed to dumb it down a lot for Trumpists to understand.

All the spikes two in the early 1900's and many in latter part of graph. Will we ever learn that letting too much wealth concentrate at the top leads to a massive crash? There was a crash in the 20's and 30's both can be seen in this graph.

I think most (nearly all) of the policies that left implements "for equality" hit middle class. None of R or D policies hit the mega-rich, 0.01%-ers - they can buy any politician they want, and mega-rich, not upper middle class, are the cause of most problems. If they fail - we have a bipartisan effort to shovel taxpayer's money to them; in good times they have their taxes decreased; they can buy lawyers and tax accountants to stash money abroad, and so on. Even if they would be allowed to fail (GM, and banks should have failed in last recession), situation would be much better.

The stock market going in to the millenium was in a near vertical rise. But it is sad that the surplus he attained ("surplusses as far as the eye can see") was spent on tax cuts to the rich, by GWB. Yes, of course, it was their money.

These are the distractions, while the policies of making the rich richer are implemented.

Why is Marco Rubio featured in that pic?

I thought this was another TDS thread by the OP.

GWB brought idiocy to stratospheric level with that. Tax cuts + war on credit card at the same time. Perhaps if US is at war, tax rates should go to 90% for anything over 20K. Then we will never be in war unless it is absolutely necessary.
In my mind, first decrease spending and then tax cuts should follow. Not tax cuts followed by increased spending which is how it happens nowadays.

Or "Fucking White Males Suck", "Trump is literally Hitler" -- I'd say these are more common distractions.

All the shit about Trump is a very profitable distraction. Cable news got a 36% bump out of Trump and they are not going to let go of that voluntarily.

Sickness of Trump news is what we really got.

Get him out of office whatever, let's find out what those billionaires on his staff did today to our rights, to our protections, to our planet, to our educational access, to our access to health, to our infrastructure, to our national parks on behalf of other billionaires.

Start beating us over the heads about that stuff.

Is something stopping her from paying what she was before the tax cuts? Could she not donate more to the government if she wanted? Maybe she goes on to discuss that, but I stopped listening, nails, meet chalkboard. I don't need some rich lady, that likely has an office full of tax accountants and attorneys at her disposal, to talk to me about tax cuts. She probably has zero understanding of her own tax situation. And I'm sure her accountants just sit and try and get her taxes done as rapidly as possible without looking for ways to reduce the taxes paid. She's a hypocrite.

Here's an idea. Set up some sort of pact like Bill Gates did and other rich people saying they'll donate most of their fortune to charity before or when they die. Make this one where they donate their fortunes to the IRS when they pass away. You know, give back to the people that made you rich instead of some shithole in Africa where the money is likely stolen and squandered. Or charity jobs are given to friends to run some BS program. The solution is right there in front of her, but instead she just complains.

She’s free to pay more to corrupt government which steals our money to give to their connected friends.

Liberals always want others to pay more to government.
