There is no DNA test for violence. I think everyone is born pure, but environment someone is exposed and growing up with it, create character. Safe option is avoiding entire group of people.
Similarly, when we know dangerous neighborhood the best option is avoid to go there, knowing that not all of residence are violent.
Would you go on vacation to El Salvador?

Several times I have posted info about the $1.6 Billion already approved for repair and extension of existing fences. Of course no work is being done on this, becasue of the govt shutdown. You know, becasue we have an emergency need for a "wall."

You can't make this stuff up.

As far as the question if the people in these latin countries are more aggressive is interesting; one guy studied genetics for a gene for being a risk taker, or daring, or brave, etc. however he described it and he found that the farther from the land bridge to Asia the more prevalent the gene was. So, it may be most prevalent in people from Peru or Bolivia. I believe Chile was largely uninhabited by people until Europeans arrived but I don't know.

Either way, keep the fuckers out of here.

Why should we believe the guy that travels down to the border, has face to face meetings with the guys working to get it done on the border patrol, then meets with all the border patrol supervisors to get more feedback on all other operational issues, and comes back and proposes a plan to give them what they request.
