At this point in time, most ppl should be using a VPN at all times and then, only use gmail, yahoo, etc, when checking mail and delete cookies when done. Save information on text files only.

I don't think anyone should ever use Gmail. It's like cc'ing Google on every single message you send or receive.
Unfortunately, I've had several employers who use Gmail for their corporate email. Idiots. And so I was forced to use it to keep my job.
