Anyone know how to make Thunderbird links open in incognito mode in Firefox?

I'm on a Mac. I just want all links to open in incognito mode. But they always open in regular mode.

Did a bunch of searches, couldn't figure out how to do it.

I think you have to be incognito for other links to open incognito.

I've already got the browser open in incognito mode, but when I click on a link in Thunderbird, the new page opens in regular mode.
