Incidentally, the tiny amount of "Indian DNA" was perhaps not American Indian; the person compared her to some DNA from indigenous who could have included DNA from Peru, etc.

I have <1% American Indian ancestry according to DNA testing, even though all my ancestors are NE European peasants. I was told it comes from some Asian ancestry (North Siberian), which I have, as it is impossible to distinguish small amounts of N Asian ancestry from American Indian.
I guess I should coast into Harvard as Native American, no?

The cycle goes like this:
1)Trump tweets a statement that enraged the Left but with which many Americans privately agree.
2)much “fact checking” ensues followed by severe cases of TDS, and possibly a congressional resolution denying his claim.
3)hysterical media pundits scream about racism, sexism, bigotry, and how much their vaginas are currently discharging.
4)time passes
5)New facts emerge that prove Trump totally correct.

Exactly. If Trump had used this to get "minority business deals reserved for minority business owners", I'd be very critical too.

Actually, getting a teaching position at Harvard Law is so difficult that in fact, if you didn't attend a marquee school, with both Law Review & honors, your chances are pretty close to zero.

Just for those who don't what these schools are ... law programs at Harvard, Yale, Columbia, Univ of Chicago, Stanford, NYU, Georgetown, Univ of Virginia, Duke, Penn, etc. and in the UK: Oxford, Cambridge, & London universities.

Otherwise, forget about it and Rutgers is not considered a prestigious law school, by anyone's standards.

In the real world, a non-native American from Rutgers will never teach at Penn and more specifically, Harvard Law.

Actually, if Herc did some research on the Trump University he would know that the people who claim they were "defrauded" were the ones who didn't apply what they learned in the course. Just like every course that was taught by any company, school, college or organization. People thought they could become billionaires like Trump by taking the courses. Probably true. It is in interest of DNC gynosaurs to have their chosen candidate in primaries against weak opponents. Otherwise it will be 2016 all over again. Hence, clean out primaries from candidates that may not tow party line 100%.
For R's, Dem infighting is good, so it would be in their interest to bring out past issues only during final elections. Like they did with Mr. Sunshine Beto O'Rourke, who was torpedoed with DWI and running from police short time before elections.
