#lifelessonsYou came into this world naked, helpless and vulnerable.
Nobody gave you any binding promises. Nobody gave you any iron-clad guarantees.
Be as honest as honestly possible.
Respect rules and understand them in detail. Give equal weight to what happens in real life.
Go one step at a time to develop a solid base.
Regardless of how good, how smart,
or how charming you are, this is not a guarantee that you will achieve your goals in life.
Luck will play a big part in your life. You will have bad luck. Three times you will come very close to death. You will "lose it all" a few times.
You will also have moments of great good luck. When you see an incredible opportunity and you know that it's right, go for it with all your heart and soul. "Lay it all right on the line!"
Stay far away from toxic people. Consider if oneself is an asshole as well. LBYM. ps. I think OP was looking for "generic" advice otherwise we'd all say buy AAPL.
1)) Exercise and stay in shape. Your health is more important than money. 2) Do what you love and love what you do. This would make life much more enjoyable. The money will come if you do what you love and be really good at it. 3) Sex and real estate. Get a lot while you’re young. 4) Nobody owes you anything. If you want something in life, you have to earn it. 5) Don’t fall into the victimhood mentality.
1. don't waste your money buying girls drinks 2. don't ever get so drunk you lose control 3. don't be lazy about exercise 4. don't try the "roommate switch" 5. don't spend time around losers who like dope (of any kind). 6. don't buy a heap and fix it up; buy a car/truck which is running well even if used. 7. take pictures; my coolest experiences have no photos to remind me of them. 8. don't flake on responsibilities
I had some fun but didn't overdo it so I have no regrets really.
I wouldn't hold AAPL now. Bag of tricks is running low. When they hide things like units sold from stockholders to confuse them about the returns on gaming the pricing curve... be worried.
Not saying AAPL is going away or even down. Just don't expect growth.
