What happens when they begin to realize they don’t need big government?

This is good news. All the Democrats I know describe themselves as socially liberal and fiscally conservative.

But all in all, food stamps and welfare are unimportant fiscal issues. Bloated defense budgets is what is bankrupting us.

Well you know a unique set of Democrats. The current power holders of the DNC are anything but fiscally conservative (not that the GOP is that much better).

Not sure why you get so triggered if you think they are the same. Actually, Trump is shaping up to be worse than Obama:

Based on your graph, are you suggesting Obama was worse than Bush? Grasp!

Big difference is I’m actually getting something for my money now. What did Obama do with my money besides waste it on failed green jobs and hand it to terrorist countries?

One more time fellas, you can only have socialism, once ALL jobs are automated.

http://patrick.net/post/1317782/2018-07-30-if-you-want-socialism-then-focus-on-automating-all-white-collar-jobs-first

Before then, the current system works and thus, I encourage Bernie and his followers to push AI/automation to its max.

That would be what ?

All those people "dropping" off food stamps are now adding to the already stretched state, local and private budgets of Food Banks etc. - not seeing the savings unless moving numbers from one entity to another is savings.

You must think Trump pressuring Europe to start spending more on their military again, so we can spend less, is a great thing, then.

Unemployment (lowest for blacks), record stock gains, killed the individual mandate (love that one), renegotiated NAFTA, renegotiating with China, serious moves to denuclearize the Korean peninsula, Kavanaugh on the Supreme court, 154 new conservative judges at the Federal level, forcing discussion on immigration reform, ending never ending US involvement in Syria, and now nearly 4 million OFF food stamps.

He's making Obama look like a do-nothing loser day by day.

Wow, how did it get to 2021 already?

Is there some sort of time machine?

Or TDS math?

Ha...that's funny.

No, actually, they're back working and providing for themselves, which is bad for the Socialists running in 2020.

Can you prove this with any data that shows people dropping off food stamps are now going to food banks and not simply just going back to work?

$679 billion spent on Defense in 2018

About the same amount was spent on just Medicaid and Food Stamps. Defense spending has been almost flat since President Obama was elected. Medicaid spending is growing at about 4% annually. The USA is becoming more of a welfare state, much to the happiness of the Left and China and Russia.

We won't get an answer from him, but this will help his non-research:

..."Continuing the historic streak of positive jobs gains, 2018 experienced more job creation than the previous two years, with 2.6 million new jobs over the course of the year compared with 2.2 million in 2017 and 2.3 million in 2016. Furthermore, this growth was consistently strong throughout the year; the economy has added over 100,000 jobs every month in 2018, just the second time since 2000 that this has occurred for a full calendar year. Since President Trump was elected in November 2016, the U.S. economy has created 5 million jobs."

See, that makes sense to me and the data looks solid.

I'm not and have never been a fan of the debt plus artificially low rates but to insinuate the Trump economy is weak and not getting people off welfare is nuts. The Trump administration is one of the biggest real job creators ever.

That's cause Rin Wah is not in charge. If you were to put me in charge, I'd automate everything: actuaries, auditors, paralegals, you-name-it, in one generation while working on the best sex robots of all time.

In a Rin Wah world, the following will not only talk dirty while performing oral, but will also be having a menage-a-trois.
