I seem to remember Trump winning a national election with "Build the Wall" one of his major and most reported promises. I also seem to remember the Republican Party Platform as well as the vast majority of candidates pushing the Wall for over 20 years now. I even remember most Democrats pushing it.

No mention that Congress gave the President this unilateral power and can only stop him by withdrawing that authority.

The real scandal is that declaring a National Emergency to defend AMERICAN Borders is the first of 58 to be opposed by Corporatist Congress.
