Unless the Mueller Report that was probably written by Andrew Weismann was weasel worded to allow the Dems to harp on Trump colluding with Putin.

Also it being weasel worded allows Mueller to save face as far as explaining why it took that long and how much money was spent when many said there was no collusion before the investigating started.

Not being indicted is an impeachable offense. IMPEACH TRUMP! It just means Trump is more demonic and devious than we ever possibly imagined!
