This is the Stub thread when the news breaks that Kim Foxx colluded with someone in Washington to drop the charges. The Democrats did take a bus ride to see Jive Ass Mother Fuker Obama this morning. That meeting could have been part of this and other shitty things we can expect in the coming days. It's just what Jive Ass Mother Fuckers do.

Those are state charges. They've been trying to not prosecute him since day one. It's a slap in the face of Chicago Police, for sure.

This wasn't just the prosecutor who didn't want to prosecute; a Grand Jury returned 15 extra counts in addition to the minimal 1 she filed. And she brought in the Grand Jury hoping they'd exonerate (I've spoken about how Prosecutors bring in Grand Juries NOT to prosecute somebody by acting as the defense attorney in the courtroom).

The Dems might even want the Feds to come in so they can attack Trump: SEE - The Evil White Russian Collaborator was never charged, but the poor Black Man is being hounded by the Feds under DRUMPF!!

Shit's about to get lit.

The Pesky inconveince for Dems is that Trump hasn't pardoned anyone related to his Witch Hunt.
The Dems have no high ground in doing this. Especially after this episode...

Had that never happened they might have been able to slip this one by. But the only way this guy could have been exonerated at this point would have been a jury to find him innocent on all 16 counts. Which if he were tried in Chicago he very well might have been.

I think this brazen move brings down the whole seedy political under belly of Chicago. It will be one of the First US cities that the Swamp is drained along with the DC Swamp.
I suspect Broward Dade and NYC on that list of Swamps as well.

Yo TPB, she only charged him with one thing. The Grand Jury ADDED 15 charges, which she wasn't counting on.
