During the heated row, the former employee picks up a phone and tells his ex-boss: 'I am going to call the cops.'

Montoya tells him to 'talk to the cops, call the cops,' before his son replies, 'immigration, too.'

Montoya then takes a few steps behind the counter and says 'yes' before the video comes to an abrupt end.

La Opinion reported that Santizo and his wife don't have legal documents to reside in the United States.

Lupián Valentín told DailyMail she and Santizo, who are parents to a two-month-old baby boy, were frightened then by how the visit unraveled.

'We are still scared,' she said.

The 28-second clip has been viewed over 20,000 times.

La Fortuna actually participated in the February 2017 nationwide boycott, 'A Day Without Immigrants,' when thousands of immigrants and non-immigrants walked out of schools and business - including some that were closed for the entire day.

'We can't allow ... unscrupulous employers to take advantage of undocumented immigrants to work and then not pay them fairly,' said Teresa Greene, a North Carolina advocate for immigrants rights said.

The right answer is to immediately deport all illegals, and mandatory prison (not just a fine!) for all employers who employ any illegals.

Correct. Imagine the impact on traffic, rents, and Gov social services including school costs if Los Angeles were to deport even half the estimated 1 million illegals living here.

Patrick, the same to some extent can be said about the captive H1-B visa worker. They are bound to their job in order to be able to remain in the USA.

@AD Yes, the H1-B visa program is also a scam intended to undercut wages for US citizens by importing people who can be threatened with deportation if they fail to remain obedient to the boss.

H1-B should not exist.

Yes, threatening to report an illegal is itself illegal. That would be extortion, trying to get something out of them. It's also true that you cannot threaten to report people for other crimes. Do, or do not, just leave the threats out.

Actually reporting illegals to ICE is not only legal, it is everyone's civic duty.

Don't threaten to report them. I agree, just report them.

They can’t enforce that, because that would break federal law.

Except for the people employing them in masses like construction, meat packing, the Trump organization (until they got publicity) - just the average guy/gal on the street should be doing the reporting - yes ?

Everyone US citizen should be doing the reporting.

If you see a crime and choose to say nothing, you are complicit in the crime.

Does this apply only to Libruls ?

Using the logic above however it would seem the Trump family has a bit of a sticky wicket - should we call Mueller back ?

Patrick, also not to be bullied by smug white liberals who chant that we'll pay "$20 for a strawberry" if we do not allow all undocumented immigrants to live in the USA.

The same smug type that lavish about technology like Silicon Valley like to ignore the fact that most of agriculture is automated now, and more will be automated in the near future.
