Sorry to be so insensitive, but if anyone wants any sort of reparations, they should get some multiple of the difference between per capita GDP here and per capita GDP from their "home" country and also give up citizenship and leave permanently. In the case of Nigeria or (especially) Liberia, that means they have to pay reparations to the USA, not receive.
