It's great how the State of California says we need more housing, then places 'dump a ghetto' government section 8 type subsidized requirements on every development to share the pleasure of the company at taxpayer expense. That's how to get housing to people in the so-called 'free' market. High priced hutches combined with taxes for ghetto subsidies.
