The only cure for Baltimore, Chicago, East St. Louis, and a few others is as follows.
A police partnership with a major mafia don with the balls and the brains to shoot homies until they fall into line. A kingpin would do a much better job of policing communities who distrust the police and yet are full of asshole Obama sons shooting everyone who cuts them off in traffic. Jamaal gets out of line...BLAM! Who else wants to disrespect the boss?!! Any takers? No? Then get out there and do what I tell you to do!
About five-ten years of that and those cities would be safe again. And probably fashionable due to all the vice available from the mafia don’s organization. Tourists and partiers would be strictly off limits for the local thugs to prey upon, on pain of sleeping with the fishes.
This system works well in other countries I’ve visited.
