1. Repeal CA Prop 13, to get back and restore market economy.
2. Add additional tax for enjoying by excluding fellow citizens in the name of "zoning".

This is a part of the race to the bottom for quality of life. People bought into towns specifically because of the high quality of life that was, in part, due to zoning: reasonable traffic patters, like-minded neighbors who are quiet at night, etc. There are very good reasons why homeowners don't want renters or whole apartments of renters living next door.

Whoever first builds a "quadruplex" on their lot in the formerly decent neighborhood - wins.

Millions and millions and millions of miles of open space in America. And the Liberals demand we all live above and below each other, and listen to Fred Fuck Steve in the Ass.

And pay $1M for the privilege.
